We travel a lot on several cruise lines but I have to say this cruise line was the worst we have dealt with. First the very first day in port we were lead to our shore excursion far from the ship only to be told that the tour had been canceled and they knew about it for weeks prior to the cruise. When we went back to the ship for a refund we were given a run around with the ship saying they knew nothing of the tour being canceled until all 30 of us showed up wanting refunds. Also when in another port on a tour a guy came up to where we were swimming and started selling drugs to the people on our boat. The captain and tour guys knew the guy and saw him dealing the drugs and said nothing. When we got back to the ship getting on was so crazy we lost the people who bought the drugs so we could not point them out to security(who rushed everyone through). When we finally did make a report to security it was as if we were wasting their time.

If you buy the drink package be ready for the bartenders to stare you down as they watch every move you make just waiting for the sign to cut you off. Also if you are given gift certificates from family members as a way to help pay make sure you call and redeem them at least 3 weeks before you sail otherwise you lose that money as we did. The islands and sea were wonderful but as far as this cruise line I do not recommend them as a first choice.
