Arrived In Barcelona Airport, MSC guys told us we weren't on there list so wouldn't take us to port. They were extremely rude. we had to pay for taxi to port even though we had it included in our package. MSC said they would put €25.00 on each cabin but only put it on 3 cabins. When i went to reception about it they advised they would send email but wasn't that interested. I went down again 2 days after that but said they can do nothing about it.

We were to have 4 cabins beside each other, we were all on floor 9 but 2 were on one side of the ship and the other 2 were other side of the ship, MSC were not interested Evening Restaurant was a joke. we had the late sitting which was 9pm you had to queue up the stairs to get into it and when you eventually did get your table we never got our meal till 11pm that night. Ship is like a cattle market not big enough for all the people they have on it. Not enough sunbebs pool attended put them in all the walk way which was very dangerous as you couldn't move around your bed if you moved you were on top of someone else which caused a lot of arguments between passengers. A lot of people said it to them and they just said nothing we can do. I booked this for my 30th Anniversary and was totally disappointed. This was my third cruise but would never go with MSC again or recommend them. We had a ball with Royal Caribbean they did everything they could to help that's what i call a cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

R Cabin was a disability room. There was 8 of us 4 cabins, 9209, 9212, 9216, 9219. All very disappointed with cruise. My 30th Anniversary should of been special not ruined. We had our 25th Anniversary on Royal Caribbean and they made it so special for us.
