This had to be the worse experience ever cruising. The boat was beautiful but the worker's didn't seem to want to be there to help or answer questions. They lost our bag from the start and didn't get it until 4 or 5 hrs later, I kept asking them at the desk and kept being ignored. There is only 1 buffet on the ship so just imagine everyone rushing it all at one time, the food was horrible. It seemed to be the same food over and over, then at dinner time in the dining area the food was worse then jail food or a homeless shelters food. It all came out cold and reheated.

The drink package on board was very overpriced and by the time you wanted a drink you'd probably not want one anymore. The passenger's from Europe were so rude and stare a lot, they don't know how to line up so be aware of that. I don't recommend this ship to anyone at all, find a different cruise line... and MSC step your game up because you are the WORSE cruise line we've all experienced so far, be more organized!

Cabin was nice and clean, the only good thing about this cruise was how good Cris cleaned it and did a good job, he got a good tip from us!
