My Husband and I just got married and both have never cruised before. When we seen this Itinerary we fell in love, because we wanted a taste of all the islands. We cruised from August 3-9, but got into Puerto rico on the 1st using American Airlines. We took a late night flight from Los Angeles, CA and arrived in Puerto Rico at 9:00am. As soon as we got in the shuttle for the car rental place picked us up and we were on our way. Renting the car was easy we rented from Charlies Car Rental they have a rental by the airport and right by the ship SO you can drop off the car at the end and the van will take you to the cruise ship no charge (I think we paid about $70.00 for the 3 days).

Puerto Rico: We stayed at the Coral Princess Inn in Condado, Puerto Rico, it is in-between the nightlife in Isle Verde and the culture in Old San Juan. It was also a block from the beach and a bunch of different outlets. It was a small Inn with great service and a Jacuzzi tub in every room, it also had a good breakfast. Perfect for those who like to stay away from big hotels and lots of tourist. We traveled all around Puerto Rico, went to several different beaches and snorkeled. We eat at several restaurants to taste the local dishes and went to clubs to dance the nights away. Also just a note by the cruise ship there is this restaurant called Tijuana (I Think), best burrito ever.

Debarkation: Was OK! Really crowded, but if you weigh in the fact that they don't check for alcohol it is worth it. We boarded and immediately started to scope out the scenery. Our room was very clean and more than we expected for the price we paid.
