This is my 36th cruise so I feel I can fairly evaluate this ship and experience. I have cruised on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Carnival, Princess and this is my 3rd MSC and the worst of them.

Our embarkation was not as smooth as I have had in the past. We arrived around 1:00pm and the line was very long. Took about an hour.

I wasn't as impressed with the ship as others have spoken of. The crystal staircase was beautiful but I thought the atrium was small. The ship has many little areas such as clubs. It is one of those ships that have a galley in the middle so to get to the back dining room we had to be sure to go from the back elevators. The 6th floor does not go all the way through. My taste I thought Royal's and Norwegian's ships are far more beautiful and impressive.

Cabin Review

Balcony Cabin was the usual type.
