This was our 3rd Disney cruise and it did not disappoint! After sailing on the Magic last year we were excited to see how she looked with her new renovations done in the fall. Coming back to the ship, she felt like home yet had some new "bonus" features that we got to love about her too.

FOOD: The food was amazing as always! Love the new buffet area, Cabanas! The theming is lively and it seems more spacious. Love that you can now get Mickey Pretzels and Shawarma by the pool deck. The soft serve station has been expanded so there are now more flavors to choose from. The pomegranate lemonade at the drink station is to die for, so delicious! One of the best foods is the flour less chocolate cake. You can find it in the Cove Cafe along with other desserts for free of charge! Animator's Palate is much improved over the old version, yet the menu stayed the same. Would have liked to see some more menu variety. As for Carioca's, the theming was uninspiring and I found myself missing Parrot Cay. The menu was one of the worst as it relayed too much on serving South American cuisine.

POOLS/SLIDES: The 2 news slides are wonderful additions! The Twist and Spout was the better addition. The slide is a slower pace, so anyone can ride from adults to small children. This seemed to be the more popular slide. The other slide is the Aquadunk and contains a vertical drop. This slide is also very fun but seemed to be less popular because it's more for a daredevil's enjoyment.
