RCI must have listened to the previous reviews here, because this 11-day cruise could not have been better in any way. Well, the weather could have been better, but RCI can't control that.

From Day 1, the staff at all levels on this ship went out of their way to make every person's experience wonderful. From the engineering workers to the Captain (and everyone in between) we were greeted and asked if we had any needs every single day. The officers were apparent (the Captain, the Executive Chef, the Cruise Director, and many others), our cabin was inspected halfway through the cruise, uniformed people cleared tables when the Windjammer was jammed - this was a ship where a high standard was set from the very top and carried forward through every staff member every day of the cruise. Well done!

We had high winds and sometimes very rocky seas from our departure at Fort Lauderdale until the third-last (eighth) day of the voyage. The pool deck was frequently so windy it made my hair stand straight up, so Mother Nature was not on our side. Yet the activities, entertainment, meals and staff experiences on the Legend were enough to make us feel like happy people in a wonderful place. That takes some doing, and it's a real tribute to the people working on that ship - all of them at every level.

Cabin Review

6124 was clean, light, balcony was smaller than most afts but agreeable. Ask the cabin attendant to get you two footstools and it's almost as good as two loungers. Most cupboard and drawer space of any cabin I've ever been in.
