Having travelled on Dream during the ill fated cruises of May and June 2010, we had already booked our Xmas trip before taking the Med cruise in May.
Because of all the problems that we experienced in May, air con, plumbing and the famous smell, we contacted Thomsons to get some assurance about the ship following it's period in dry dock.
Thomson assured us that all the problems had been resolved and there would not be any problems during the Xmas cruise.
