loudmouth and no class is an accurate description of 90% of the people on this cruise,

noisy hallways, all night noise, could not sleep,breakfast and lunch was okay but dinner was horrible you could tell the food was coming out of a microwave, customer care staff needs more training,the toilet in my room wreaked of urine..house keeping should use bleach to disinfect toilets, the staff was great, the views from the ship were amazing, the ship could use some upgrades after all the ship is almost 20 years old, the cabin was okay and the balcony too, the entertainment and activities were good, service was good, my waiters name was Segundo...he was great and made my vacation a little better,port and excursions were long lines,one of the most important reason for going on vacation is to enjoy eating great food, that didn't happen on this cruise, I wont be going on a cruise any time soon and would not recommend it to anyone,i think you would spend much less traveling by plane.
