We took a 7 days eastern Caribbean cruise out of Miami and by day 3 when we got to San Juan we where about to get off the ship and fly back home. The ship was dirty and it looked like the public areas had not been cleaned in weeks. There was trash everywhere and the restrooms where do disgusting that you could smell the pee by walking near them. The food was horrible. The buffet was the same food everyday, nothing changed and it was bland and tasteless. The staff was RUDE! I called guest services to complain about the people next door that they where in the balcony at 3am screaming to people in other balconies and I was told “So? What do you want me to do about it?” In addition, we where never greeted on board, until the third day that the host from the restaurant talked to us. She was great -Lydia was her name. The only kind, warm and compassionate crew member. We take about 8 cruises a year and we like to relax and read a book or two. Something that we where not able to do. Food was so bad that we could wait to get to the ports to go eat. We actually lost weight in this cruise.

On the positive note, the shows are amazing!
