We cruised on MSC Divina in the past and loved it, even recommending to friends for the value and more upscale experience than we’ve had on other lines. This 7-day cruise to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Nassau was not the same. The good - salt water pool (although tiny), fine dining and buffet, and the family offerings seemed good - a jungle pool, slides, race car simulator, and bowling alley. The bad - room plumbing problems and smell issues the entire cruise, stained shower curtain, worn bedding (both of which they fixed when requested), and very slow embark and disembarking. Also, one excursion was spent mostly in lines rather than at the beach. Regarding excursions, There are two for Maho Beach. One is just scenic, and then other includes beach time. I’m so glad we didn’t do the latter. The beach was small and flooded with people. They were packed on the beach like sardines. We got to see an airplane pass right over our bus though, so I was happy about that!
