Never again will we spend our hard earned vacation time/dollars with this cruiseline!

Let me start by saying we booked an Aurea package with a balcony stateroom with a jacuzzi. This was not cheap by any means. We also had a dedicated solarium with sundeck and 2 hot tubs where we saw children in the hot tub in diapers, but there is no pool in the dedicated area. I question what I actually paid for with Aurea "experience". The ship is pretty, and room is nice. The food is the quality of Golden Corral, and for we Americans we expect much better when we cruise. The buffet was the same every day.Dinner in the dining room menu changes, but the food is terrible. For instance; Italian night the red sauce was resembling Campbell's canned tomato soup, flavorless! Shame on an Italian cruise line!

Our prepaid beverage packages (premium) and wifi package was not reflected on our account, yet another thing we had to argue over and provide proof I paid. Which I might add, is a PAIN when you can't access wifi!
