This is really like a one star motel. The speciality restaurants were very good:) Fly in my food in one of the dining rooms. Horizon's food is like slop. I gave up drining coffee as it was dreadful ,purchased many cups , all dreadful. The quality of the coffee beans- well, were they coffee beans??They ran out of wine, soft drinks and beer.Many mornings were were woken at 7am by the sound of a blast sander- not a way to spend your holiday.Wine whoit in dining always warm- even asking for cold wine- I had to put ice in the glass- not so geat when the wine was $9 a glass:( The cabins had not been updated since Captain Stubbing was on board. The hairdryer- not sure what century this was from. The TV not working on arrival- then again duting the cruise. Very slow internet that was exceptionally expensive- upgraded , no change.hard sell techniques used by Spa doctor- poor service by the head photogrpher. We purchased a go Pro- that was clearly faulty- they tried to get me to just apply under the warrenty when I returned to Australia. Princess seems to think that their rules are legally legitament.
