We had to use public toilet on different deck from sunrise to bedtime for four days. My husband is 78 ! After every cabin on that side of ship had toilet failure did the problem get fixed! We had a beverage pkg and kept getting charged for non alcoholic drinks everyday we had to have charges reversed. We paid thousands of dollars for this and Princess offered us $250 each for inconvenience, insulting, shame on you Princess
