Met expectations except for a slow draining tub.  Reported, but did not improve.

We walked the Old Town the night before and saw many of the sights at a better pace than the tour.  We found the original Bank of Montreal building to be spectacular, but it was ignored by the tour.  Notre Dame is a required part of any tour.

Cold, unable to get on top so views were limited.  Had a fantastic time walking our own (self guided previously printed) tour afterwards.

An outstanding trip even with rain, and the best value of the trip because we did Baddeck on your own rather than the Baddeck and Bell Museum,  We saved the $20 US difference for the tour prices and bought the Bell tickets on site for $6 Canadian.

We had the same guide so too much of the area around the city was repetitive.

Limited vision, seemed to be a plain city.

Very good tour.  Dave was well informed.  Could have been perfect with clear skies.

Bill was ill informed and his number one description was, "Here is a pretty yellow one on your left; I don't know anything about it."  IF IT WAS MY JOB I WOULD STUDY IN THOSE 4-6 MONTHS WHEN THERE IS NO ONE IN TOWN.

Rain, long drive, unique and beautiful site but not worthy it under those conditions..

We received two OR three written communications (the variance occurred even when two cabins were doing identical activities the following day).When this process concluded we (about 40 of us at the time) found ourselves in the Showroom where NO ANNOUNCEMENTS COULD BE HEARD and NO MEMBER OF STAFF OR CREW WAS PRESENT.
