We have been told by everyone who has been to Alaska, “You have to go.”! The time was right and we make the decision to do the land and sea package. It was a decision we will never forget. Alaska is definitely a “must see” in the U.S. It was awesome! The beauty cannot be denied. The wildlife was amazing! We are so glad we included the land portion, and especially, The Tundra Wilderness Experience, where we traveled 62 miles into Denali National Park. It was thrilling to see the caribou, bears, & eagles. Seeing Mt. Denali was a special moment. Cruising Glacier Bay was beyond spectacular! To see the glaciers calving was “WOW”! The ports of call, Skagway, Juneau, & Ketchikan were great. The excursions were very interesting. I just can say enough about our experience. We were fortunate enough to have almost perfect weather until we disembarked in Vancouver where it rained for the two days we were there.
