We love going to Alaska and have done so many times with Princess Cruises. The entertainment over time has become weak and even boring. Our main complaint was the food in Horizon Court. We realize it is buffet style, but the tastes and choices used to be very good and appetizing- not anymore. We seldom eat in the two main Dining Rooms, but always review the menus and were not too excited to attend and didn't. The Horizon Court staff and Room steward were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed their service. The entertainment was very weak and not very much of it. Princess used to have quality magicians, comedians, and shows, but not anymore. We keep hoping for a turn-around, but have been disappointed each cruise in recent years. We may have to try other manners of vacation in the future and give Princess a chance to change and improve. I suspect the newer owners of your company may be the culprits because Princess was a class act in the past. We have been cruising since 1997 and the last few cruises may have been the tipping point to for change for us.

newer carpets in the cabin. We loved the new beds and pillows, but the furniture is old and dated.
