First and foremost, there are no sinks in the dining areas. WASHY WASHY is simply a large container of hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer does not kill E. coli. Additionally, the staff on this ship are not that customer service oriented. They rarely speak and expect you to get out of their way. The ship was overall average. The rooms were average and definitely need new carpet and updates. We not once saw our room attendant. Our children’s room attendant was rarely visible as well. He didn’t even respond to Ice request. The dining was good if you don’t mind hand sanitizer to washy washy your hands. The entertainment was great for this cruise. We loved the shows and entertainers. We traveled as a family with 3 of our children, ages 21, 14 and 13. Teens are allowed to roam around pretty much anywhere. Costa Maya was disgusting and the free pool was so dirty and pretty much like an oil slick. Cozumel is ok if you don’t mind being bombarded by every single shop owner on the streets. We chose not to do excursions this time. I felt like there were plenty of food options and plenty of deck chairs on cruise days. Lots of things to do each day. My only wish is that there was a smoke free casino time.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin needs updating and new carpet. Beds are not comfortable and very hard.
