The cruise was wonderful. The food and service onboard was outstanding. I appreciate that my request for gluten-free food was adhered to and that the chef and service personnel went out of their way to ensure that not only was I given gluten-free food, but that my choices were just as wonderful as those eating regularly.
The cruise director, Vlad, was accommodating and informative and the onboard entertainment was a lot of fun. Dancing in the lounge in the evenings was wonderful.
The excursions were well thought out; however, they were not necessarily user friendly for those of us with knee/walking issues. I have bad knees and in Germany the buses had very steep steps onto the bus which were a challenge to me. The buses in Amsterdam had steps that were NOT as steep and were much more user friendly to me.
Cabin Review
Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony
The cabin was fine and well taken care of. A little smaller than I was anticipating, but enough room. I would have liked the digital clock to have numbers that lit up. Very difficult to see what time it was.
