The Golden Princess is a lovely ship. To us, it was huge. By the next morning we felt we were doing pretty good in learning our way around the ship. There is a certain amount of having to go up and down to get to the dining room, for example.

Embarkation was quick and easy. The buffet lunch on the Lido was welcome.

Sadly we were delayed about 2 hours waiting for several hundred Canadians coming from Vancouver.

Cabin Review

The only problem with the balcony was that smokers on nearby balconies polluted the air. It would be nice if smokers cabins were in one quadrant, though I know that is unrealistic.
