My experience on other cruises were better. Never been on royal before but heard from other passengers on boat that their experience wasn’t as good as the other ships they have gone on with royal. Food in main dining room was good but not a big selection on the menu. At the windjammer the food selection was pretty much the same everyday. I think there should of been cookouts and more entertainment at the pool side for more entertainment. Some of the wait staff wasn’t approachable. Bartenders were fast and friendly(Jamie Jay was my favorite) . They made my experience better since the food experience wasn’t that great. I do have to mention that when I was dropped off at the terminal, the bag ternant asked me for a tip, when I tipped him he said that it was enough for 3 people and snatch the cash out my hand. I won’t say I’ll never be back on royal since I go on cruises for destinations and dates but Royal will be my last choice.
