Not bad for the smallest ship in the fleet. Wish we knew this before we booked.

Poor attitude of much of the staff. Extreme decline in quality of food. Most of all, the total screw up of the excursions in Nassau! It was raining the morning we arrived, when we mustered most of the events were canceled. Ours was a combination Atlantis tour and waterpark excursion. The waterpark portion was cancelled, but a couple of hours later the sun was out and water park was open. But we could not change the ticket we bought on the ship, and had to pay full price! However the credit given by Royal does not match what we paid. However if we did not pay it, then and there, we would miss the major goal of our cruise!

Then there was the long delay in sorting out the excursions that caused our time on land to be shorten so that we could not truly enjoy the time we were spending at the waterpark.

Secondary to this financial issue is the inexplicable delay of starting the excursions, and the seemingly lack of experience by the ship. Having been to Caribbean many times, I know that rain is frequent, but the showers never last longer than an hour or two. So why the disorganization and cancelling of tickets!!
