If I could give it 0 stars would. *THIS CRUISE LINE IS ONLY GOOD FOR NON-EXPERIENCED & 1ST TIME CRUISERS*. I have been on 4 total cruises with Carnival & 2 with Royal Caribbean. My boyfriend booked it because this was his first time cruising and his gift to Me for Valentines Day this year. They charged his card for our full itemized charge total of $200 then charged his card again for each individual transaction that totaled the $200 they had already charged. When I asked the CSR I spoke to on the phone why were there extra charges when they've already charged us our full total she stated that's what Bahamas Paradise does. This makes absolutely no sense, they should either choose to only charge the full itemized amount or individual charges, but they shouldn't do both because that creates double charges on a persons bank card. We had to wait a week for individual charges to drop off. So for all future sailors expect to be double charged and refunded a week after you departure date. Most to cruise lines have a laundry & iron room or iron within the room, but Bahamas Paradise has neither so you are forced to pay them to iron your clothes because of this. Also there's no need to tip the employees AT ALL because they put gratuities charges on almost everything including alcoholic drinks order at the bar, food you order, Internet packages you purchase and more. The food selections and times of availability were horrible as well. In short, you pay for what you get and this is proof of it
