Sail Date: Sep 2017
Cabin: Balcony

The ship needs updating, dining room & buffet on separate occasions had tables unavailable due to the water leaking from the ceiling. Dining room menu basic and repetitive, although the food was better than P&O it was just ok. Meals to be sent back quite a few times.

Not enough seating in the common areas, the Piazza has 32 seats, where the competitions and events are held, for a ship with 2600 passengers.

There was quite a large space taken up for the Art Gallery that would have served better as an extra lounge.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BB

Cabin B602 - Timber lining under the chair in our cabin was loose & the carpet lifting. Counter tops stained.

There was also a problem with the air vent and continually smelt like fried food, we reported it several times and maintenance people came in and out, but not much was done about it. It was sickening. We were not offered an alternative room in fact the situation was unresolved. I sent in a complaint when we returned on Sept 27 and have not had a reply yet Oct 25th
