First of all, i want to say that the service people aboard ship did a tremendous job. they were the best.

Our trip began arriving at oslo at 7:00am, driven to the raddison blu hotel, arriving at 8:30am and was told to wait in the lobby till 2:30 pm for a bus to pick us up to take us to the ship. no welcome group for us, no information at all. a few of us had to clutter up the lobby along with our luggage awaiting on the bus. when the bus arrived, we had to take it upon ourselves to transfer luggage and ourselves to tell the driver that we are included in the group. No excuse for this treatment.
