I would say the service on this ship was more on par with a Carnival or below cruise line. Not what I had expected for a "luxury" cruise liner. Cabins and restaurants were always hot leading to many sleepless nights and sweaty dinners in a coat. The menu selections were very limited and never changed. After 12 days the attitude changed from where do we get to eat from where do we have to eat at tonight. "All Inclusive" doesn't extend to the wifi which is an additional $350 for speeds reminiscent of old dial up modems and to add insult to injury you and your suite mate can not share this connection. If my wife and I wanted to get on at the same time it would have been another $350. You are automatically billed for charity donations without being asked if you would like to opt in.
Service is very slow in all of the restaurants and pool side. My drinks regularly sat empty on the table and I had to flag down servers in order to get a refill. Heading up to the pool we ended up just walking over to the bar to get drinks rather than waiting on any staff to serve us as it would take 10-20 minutes. Room Service times ranged from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on the time of day.
Shore excursions were very limited and did not have anything that might be thought of as adventurous. We ended up looking for shore excursions from other vendors outside of the cruise line.
