We have just completed a three week cruise on a new vessel, Silver Muse. We did back to back cruises in the Mediterranean, and began our holiday with high expectations. Unfortunately I have to report that the ship has been a bitter disappointment for us and for many fellow passengers, and there is no way I would use it again or recommend it.

Physically this new vessel is appealing, but management fails miserably in the way they run this ship. Very few aspects of this boat run smoothly.
