We chose this cruise for the Havana destination. The shore excursions in Havana and Cozumel were just vehicles for the tour guides to take us to remote shops so he / she could earn commissions. In Cozumel we spent one hour at the destination on an 8 hour tour. We made several stops to taste tequila and chocolate. We won't ever book a ship based tour again. The tour in Belize, however, the Wallace River tour was excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable and professional. Wallace River was a great tour.

We could not turn the A/C off in our room, it was freezing. The crew had been working on it before we got on board (the ceiling tile was down for the entire trip) but they couldn't fix it. What more can we say?

The food in the dining room was very mediocre. I've been on many RCCL cruises in the past, this was below their previous standards.
