Sail Date: Apr 2017

This was an 8-day and there was no formal night and notification there wasn't going to be one. As an Crown & Anchor Emerald member, we are always invited to a reception. No loyalty reception invitation was received. The food quality was only mediocre food with little change in the daily menu and very very fatty meats. The Windjammer often without ice and the food was only warm. This makes me question if it was even acceptable by most health department standards. The speaker for Cuban history and culture was unprepared, had a boring and poor delivery. The ship was generally too warm in the stateroom and throughout ship, with casino was worst with portable fans scattered in some areas. we received misleading/contradictory information from customer service and excursions desk. Many of the toilets often worked poorly or not at all. Our stateroom toilet required pushing button more than 5 times at night. Woke-up last night of cruise to strong sewage odor, as well as on way to elevator every time. Departure procedure was poorly executed.

Charging more for room service, Internet, tips and gratuities, but this is probably overall

Overall staff was very good
