I have just returned from a cruise to the canaries on the thomson majesty and I feel that this lovely ship does not get the credit it deserves firstly she is an older smaller ship than a lot of newer ones but I if you want excellent friendly crew and good food and entertainment don't look any further, she is a little tired but kept spotless, the cabins are small and bathroom suite dated but I feel some reviews are harsh and untrue. Daniel, Ricky, Ian in the seven season restraunt were brilliant as we're all the staff if you were paying 5 star prices I still don't think you would get any better service. The entertainment staff were very good and worked very hard the shows were excellent and the bands and singers top class each and everyone worked hard to make the passengers have a good time. In my mind it's a more laid back cruise not for everyone especially if you are used to more formal cruises I think for first time cruiser it is brilliant.
