We organised this cruise with a group of friends and with our adult (21 and 22 year old sons) to get together. One couple had never cruised before and wanted a short cruise to try it out. Unfortunately I don't think they will ever cruise again. My husband and I have cruised many times (around 12) - Royal Carribean, Norweigian, Holland, Carnival, Princess and Celebrity - which you obviously pay more for but we thought how can you go wrong with a 3 night cruise. We had a few problems with the staff.

Our adult sons were in the spa one afternoon with some other people they had just met and were told to get out by Kerry from Youth Security because very young kids (from kids club - and not paying passengers) were getting in and the staff didn't want adults in the spa with the kids. There are a total of 2 hot spas on the ship.

Our sons tried to talk to Kerry from Youth Security who had told them to get out of the spa. They tried to find out (from Kerry from Youth Security) why they were not allowed in the spa, but got nowhere as P&O obviously think it is easier to look after kids in one spot (spa) than run after them while mum & dad are enjoying themselves, (which is what our sons should be doing) as paying customers.
