Cruise choice was for the itinerary and love sailing from San Juan. Inside cabin deck 7 unfortunately under the Galley on deck 8. Every night approx 2300-0200 you could hear carts being pushed across the floor. Then at approx 0500-0700 the same sounds. Notified Guest Services. Carnival credited my 20% off my paid cruise and a 15% discount on the next cruise. Noise continued for the entire 7 days. Would have liked to move cabins. Poor sleep for the 7 days.

Dining room service and food was poor. Our Head Waitress and Assistant were both finishing their contracts the the end of our cruise. Orders were mixed up, appetizers were forgotten. Only time their were table cloths was for formal night. Ship was rolling gently and plate would slide if you were cutting a steak.
