We were a family of three generations wanting to spend a short break together. My husband and I have cruised mainly in Europe and North America on a number of occasions. Our adult son and 9 year old grand daughter travelled with us on this their first cruise. We chose this cruise as it was reasonably priced and departed from our home city of Melbourne for 4 days/3 nights. The ship was very tired and the food far inferior to any other cruise we had experienced before. The high level of service we have previously experienced in restaurants on cruises was lacking on this ship. The overall decor of the ship had a "worn out" look from the linen to the furnishings. However the embarkation process in Melbourne was the most efficient in comparison with other cruise lines in Southhampton, Barcelona, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Sydney, congratulations to the P and O team at the Melbourne Wharf.
