The house keeping of the cruise was terrible, I was scolded by a Philipino house keeper for kept calling the hotline for services. I am shocked when I asked him how many times was the call made. He told me he got scolded by a maintenance man and he felt this was not fair to him. I told him this is no reason to upset with us as we did not scold him or the maintenance guy. Basically, when we checked in the room , the lights was broken and toilet door felt apart. After this incident, the housekeeper kept asking me where we come from and tried to invade our privacy.

Apart from the above, the drinking and bathroom water was high in salt. It is not suitable for drinking. My skin was bruised due to the bathing water was high in salt. On board, you have no mineral water to drink and if you wish, you have to buy it from them.

Even you are on your trip to Langkawi and Phuket, you are not allowed to buy water/food to bring back. Read more
