This was my very first cruise and I was apprehensive after reading many negative reviews. Please rest assured that my experience on this cruise leaves me bewillered by the petty moaning I have repeatedly read.

Firstly 7 of us travelled in 2 cars to Southampton. Both cars went straight to the drop off point with no queues. Luggage and then cars taken by the friendly and helpful staff lined up to greet you.

Then met by more friendly staff who checked us in inside the terminal and all 7 of us embarked half and hour early together even though 3 of our party were booked to embark 2 hours after us.As soon as you see the ship from the dock you will say wow. As soon as you get inside the ship (again met by friendly staff )you will say wow.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Balcony worth the extra if you afford it. Lovely cabin and the attendant is exceptionally hard working.

Port Reviews

Alesund

Excellent commentator on the coach. Stopped at a beauutiful setting. Return train journey through beautiful scenery.

Stavanger

Visited the oil museum with my son as part of his future work plans. Unless you are in the oil industry this will not interest you.

Southampton

Very easy to drive through to get to the port.
