we chose this cruise because of the excellent places we were scheduled to visit - starting with the flight to malaga - first day at sea then lisbon in portugal followed by porto meyo in portugal - on to cadiz in spain then casablanca then the best place ever gibralta

we booked our cabins thinking they were on deck 4 but turned out to be on deck 3 - the cabins themselves were lovely but the surrounding noise (up one deck) was very loud and uncomfortable - I have reported this to thomsons - what can I say - the ship itself was lovely but it's quite old and "shuddery" but if you can get over this it's fab - the dining was second to none - when we first went on board my friend thought that the lido restaurant was the "posh" one which just goes to show the quality of the place / on our first night we went to play the bingo and all agreed that because of the "caller" we wouldn't bother to go again - however - as the cruise progressed we got to know the "caller" named William and totally fell in love with him -what a genius - a total credit to thomsons

Our George (Sam Bailey - winner of x-factor - cousin) he joined the ship on his "maiden" voyage at the same time as us - what a kid! - he will go far - he stole our hearts and the hearts of all the passengers young and old alike - unforgetable forever - total sweetheart and gorgeous with it :)
