Just a few notes on this cruise.

First the much discussed room size. Yes the rooms, with the exception of the suites, are very small, very well executed with plush drapes, well lit bath, a great hair dryer, small closet and little shelving. The room was meticulously maintained. Yet we managed nicely , just be aware that the rooms are small by today's standards.

Dining -Breakfast and lunch are buffets with multiple choices. There is a chef preparing any egg dish you desire, and always a menu with extra items such as crepes. Fresh fruits, juices, champagne, always 4 French Fromage, multiple bread items, etc. Lunch is again a buffet with hot and cold sandwich choices, soup, salad bar with fresh vegetables, and at least 3 composed salads and again those French Frommages with condiments. Fresh vegetables are always on the buffet and the use of European vegetables such as Kohlrabi was great for those of us who live in places not offering these choices. Several desserts, ice creams, and whole fruit were always available. If you desire something and it is not in site, just ask and this great crew usually makes it appear. Dinner is a seated dinner and luckily tables are not reserved. There are multiple entrees, always a vegetarian entrée, American thickness steak, baked potato, Caesar salad with condiments, chicken breast and salmon. White and red wines are always available , again the wonderful cheeses and condiments.

Standard Stateroom with Window

Cabin 2

Very plush wall coverings and drapes. TV is imbedded in mirrored wall. Rooms are very small, no doubt about it and this is well discussed on their web site. Bath is brightly lit and they provide a good hairdryer. Also you will find a multiple 110 and 220 outlets.
