The boarding was the first event when the camera broke down and we were recalled to retake the pics finally on board our cabin (suite) was a delight until you came to open the wardrobe which refused to budge we got this solved eventually. We were then presented with a bill for $936 for excursions we had not ordered we managed to get them refunded all but $186 which is still being debated and looks like the little man is. Going to be the loser.

The aria has or is meant to have had a refit but sadly this was done on the cheap and cracks are appearing especially in bathroom floors. The new idea of the pantry works well and the food although virtually tha same everyday is good. The seating is ok but the stools are a joke. The bar areas are very good and you never seem crowded. Breakfast room service is the worst ever breakfast ordered for 8 arrives at 6 with half missing .sleep quality is excellent. The shower over the bath is a challenge for the elderly. The shows so far have been first rate .the staff are great and willing but seem untrained. We are now docked in cairns for 2 days but so much noise from machinery on the dock no chance of a rest.

Would i use this company on a future cruise no way they are so far behind princess as to be lost. I HOPE SOMEONE READS THESE REVIEWS AS WORDS SPREAD VERY QUICKLY
