After reading some reviews we were slightly aprehensive about the cruise but l can honestly say l don't know what people want. It's an Italian line so they do it Italian style which is fun, laid back with a relaxing atmosphere. A real change from the stuffed shirts of Princess & Royal Carribean that we have been on before. There's nothing wrong with that but don't expect that on this ship. So much to look at with the vibrant decor. A real feast for the eyes.

There's a wide range of nationalities in both staff and passengers, which is great. The staff were all cheerful, helpful and friendly, a real credit to the ship. Our steward was lovely and kept our cabin spotlessly clean. The cabin was the largest inside we've had on any previous cruise with plenty of storage.

The food in the dining room was outstanding, as good as if not better than we've had previously. The buffet was nice although we only dined there twice. We don't do shows so can't comment but some of the other entertainment in the bars was ok. The only criticisms l have is the embarkation was chaotic, but there was hurricane strength winds blowing so we wasn't in any rush to board. Also the cabin was very warm even with AC at it's coolest. It was a fabulous cruise and we will definitly be returning. Exceptional value for money.
