This was our second cruise with P and O - and not quite as good as the first. The first was on Oceana.

Cabin - We opted for a super de lux cabin with balcony. On the the whole it was worth spending the extra money for a larger room overall with plenty of storage space, a larger bathroom with shower and a larger balcony - we like spending time on the balcony with a drink and just watching the sea go by. However we had a problem with our toilet - it would not flush in the morning. We had to continually ring reception who would send someone to fix it every morning. Despite them telling us it would be "monitored" - it obviously wasn't as it continually malfunctioned. We escalated our complaint and received a bottle of wine and money added to our on board account - after that it worked.....!

Food - We had freedom dining in Cinnamon restaurant. The food there was mainly better on formal nights. The service was ok - but could have been better. We ate in all the speciality restaurants. They were all good. Read more
