Great cabin, and steward was vey polite and helpful.

Rather than do a long wordy review, I thought I'd break it down into bullet points:

GOOD

Cabin and ship were lovely

Tours generally good (Gibraltar was fascinating, could have spent more time there)

No service charge

Hydrotherapy spa excellent

Theatre very good - especially 'Badness' tribute band

Stairs are great exercise - more people should use them and stop complaining about the lifts!Very poor hand hygiene supervision 

Music played in pool area too loud and inappropriate for age group

Milk jug is ridiculous - difficult to pour without spilling

Need more interactive TY - check bills, see daily menus, see deck plan, announcements on screen, etc

Need more sheltered sunbathing areas

Food in The Retreat left out in the sun all afternoon 

No fruit juice available in the buffet

Grill by the pool not good - should do fresh paella or BBQ 

Some waiters can be a bit surly

Would like a liquid soap dispenser by sink in bathroom 

Spa treatments ok but had far better with Cunard and Royal Caribbean 

Would like to know entertainment further in advance

The Retreat can be untidy - needs cleaning and tidying more often

Need a better healthy choice option on the menus

Would be nice to have a clothes spinner in the hydrotherapy changing area

So overall there is some room for improvement, but would I recommend Britannia?
