This was our 45ht Anniversary, so we were treated to some nice touches because of that. Balloons on our door made it easy to locate our cabin on that long hallway. Starting with the agent at HAL who booked us, we were treated like honored guests.
This was a relaxation cruise as our busy season runs Oct. 15 to Dec. 7th and we just needed to slow down a bit. It worked too. We are not accustomed to being waited on hand and foot, so it took us reminding ourselves to "let them do it" and just relax. We really did.
I guess the negatives are easier than the positives since there were so very few.

Sitka
We just went downtown and did some shopping. It was fun and we love Sitka. May travel back there for a few days as there's far more to see and do that we had time or energy for.
Victoria
This was probably our 10th visit to Victoria. The tour we wanted was something we had not done before, but it was cancelled so we went to a downtown Pub and had a great evening, sat outside and the weather was spectacular.
This is another place we'll go back to for sure. WARNING: In Canada, always ALWAYS pay with a credit or debit card. You'll save a lot of money, maybe over 25%.
