Shown to our cabin (101), a disabled cabin (wife requires a wheelchair) on Deck 7, just under the bridge.
We liked the size of the ship, as it’s not too big, I believe you would get lost in the crowd, lose the intimacy and not get to know various member of the crew or them to get to know you on the bigger ships.
Getting around the ship with the wheelchair was fine and all the crew would help if need be. Annoyingly on Deck 6 the door into the upper part of the Broadway Show Lounge was always closed and its heavy to open. Difficult to get through whilst pushing the wheelchair as it also has a 90 degree turn on the one side. Some of the other doors were left open but not this one – perhaps to do with H&S!
We had a great view from 2 windows looking forward – same view as you get on the TV Ship Channel. The cabin has a steepish ramp into the bathroom which has a good walk-in shower. Plenty of room in the cabin and lots of storage space.
A great day out and very reasonable prices.
