We had family coming in from out of town, England and Canada to be exact. They have never been on a cruise before and I thought this would be a great experience for them to be on a mini cruise. After reading the reviews on this cruise line they were pretty terrible , but since there were only open back in February of this year I thought maybe they would have had their act together by now that was clearly not the case . When we first got to West Palm Beach to get onto this ship the staff was quite rude and abrupt. Once we got on the ship, our room had bunk beds this was a total mistake on their part . when we went to guest services for assistance in fixing this matter the young lady was very rude and told us that we booked this through a travel agency. This was a complete lie because we booked this through grand celebration cruise line itself she was trying to say that because it was her headquarters that made the reservations and their agents that they were not responsible on the ship. she was on willing to help us and told us that we needed to get off of this ship go back into the terminal and wait in line to speak to someone to see if we can get another cabin with a full size bed. Of course when we got in that line there were other people in the line with different complaints and very upset. Basically they told us at the terminal that we needed to pay more money to get a room that had a full size bed that they would charge us more money when clearly this was an error on their part by putting us in a room with bunk beds which we did not request. The horror stories on this shift was just incredible from other passengers who were just very upset with the cruise line and sharing their stories with us. They will booking rooms For parents and then putting the kids instead of across the hall at the other end of the ship. The staff looks overworked and unhappy. I was trying to get some towels some beach towels so when we get to the Bahamas we would have reached owls so when we get to the bahamas would have style in 24 hours I got five different answers incorrect, which were all incorrect information. This makes me think that God for bed there was an actual emergency on the ship with this crew have it together to save anyone on that ship, since no one seems to know what the other one is doing. When it came to the demarcation process when we got back to West Palm Beach it took us 3 hours to get off the ship they kept blaming it on each other and the deportation process was a nightmare people were very very angry. If you have a flight that you have to catch the same day as this ship comes back I can almost guarantee you you're going to miss the flight because many people that were cruising with me that day lost their flight. If you're a first-time cruiser do not take this cruise it is not worth the money the food is crappy. Go on a real cruise this is a little cruise ship that's trying to be like the big dogs and it obviously is way out of its league. I'm a big cruiser, love cruises, I've been on Carnival and many cruise lines and I've never had this experience. This was a cruise that consisted of 16 of my family members, we had 5 cabins.The majority of them has never cruised before and this was a terrible experience and I hope that they would rethink cruising as a good thing.
