Our short but lovely voyage on the Majesty was phenomenal. It was a gift to my wife for her birthday and surpassed in expectations in many ways.
The boat looked great, being 22 years old. Staff was warm and hospitable, certainly had that family feel. Bernard was our attendant who did a great job every night (and day). He quickly attended to a backed up drain that occurred after leaving Cococay (prob due to either the boat turning, or everyone arriving on deck and showering). Because we're in service, we know that you can't plan for everything so this wasn't a big deal and I quickly jumped into management mode to reduce the water excess damage.
Marion and Marlon from the main dining room were wonderful. They used our names and certainly impressed us with service and attention to detail and food recommendation. Marlon even recognized us while eating on CocoaCay, while he was carrying a platter of food, and took time to stop and say hello. Wonderful service.
2008 room was good. We don't really care much for WHERE we stay, as we're rarely there. See above notes about HSKP.
