I have never been so glad to get off a cruise in all my life! The maintenance on the ship was HORRIBLE.
Toilets overflowed within a half hour of getting to our room. Told the front desk immediately and was asked if we'd told our cabin attendant. Hello! We JUST GOT ON THE SHIP. Hadn't even seen him yet. The toilet overflowed 3 more times into the next day when we saw our cabin attendant and told him. He got it fixed nearly immediately but apparently our first notification went unheeded.
We never left port on time ONE TIME. At embarkation we left 2 hours late. The sail away band had already played and packed up and the ship hadn't left port yet. At least an hour late out of Coco Cay and Nassau as well.
