From our Bournemouth flight right through to ship and back home the service was excellent. From previous P&O cruises it was our first Thomson cruise and we were very pleased with the whole package. All of the Crew and Staff were terrific, always a smile and attention to service and cleaning. Due to an earlier virus outbreak the ship were very careful with constant gel and cleaning. The only downside to this was that it made service in the Lido (self service!) rather slow and difficult to negotiate, but hey ho we were not in a rush

The ship felt a bit crowded and sun beds were squashed so tight it was difficult to move around but it did add to the buzz of the place.

The Meridian restaurant was very good with breakfast, lunch and dinner all well served by happy quality staff. The food was good with a fair choice and 5 courses at dinner. Freedom dining was perfect.

Cabin Review

Well looked after by Mat, except the carpet needed a good clean. Rather dissappointed at the lack of TV. Often no news channels available particularly at sea and in Tenerife.Pleasant surprise to find kettle plus tea and coffee in cabin.
