Flight from GLASGOW was dire... Too cramped and food was vile!
Arrival and embarking ship was fine and fairly smooth. Cabin was a total let down with marks on table possibly paint or something that couldn't be cleaned! Sink was chipped and a hole the side of a fist high up on the separating wall and the shower old and discoloured... In short it was nowhere near platinum standard! Our cabin steward DD provided exceptional service and he was the only reason that we didn't ask for a change of cabin!
Public areas were immaculate!
