Sail Date: Jan 2014

This is second time on the dream, we've had no problems at all, in fact in some areas its improved. All the staff work hard, never a sad face and nothing is too much trouble. The ship is dated but it Is 30 yrs old. Everywhere you turn the staff are busy cleaning or painting, polishing and scrubbing. The staff talk freely and make you smile, they may burst into song as they often do in the Orion restaurant but its not an effort, they do make you feel good.

Food on board has improved on last year, more variety and there's something for everyone, the Grill restaurant is good and if there's a birthday or anniversary Hazel will pop in and sing to you, she is an amazing singer. Being mostly British clientele you would think the Dream would serve up a decent cup of tea. Although we did get a nice cuppafrom Alvis at breakfast along with his comical antics.

We used the tender once that week when we stopped at bequia, it was organised chaos. We queued along the corridors and back again which was fair enough but people coming down the stair case didn't know whoere the back of the queue was and just pushed in.

Cabin Review

Cabin DE

Cabin was clean and tidy, bathroom a bit small but adequate, not enough sockets for today's electronic gadgets. Our steward, Etti did a lovely job.
