Just returned yesterday from the cruise. Very disappointed with the experience. This was our 12th cruise and was the third on Norwegian. The ship shows a lot of neglect. Had a balcony cabin that we could not use since the people next to us we're always out smoking. They should have different areas for balconies that people can smoke in. The small atrium at mis ship is mostly unusable. The seventh floor that has some decent seating is just outside the casino were the smoke is unbearable. The sixth floor atrium is mostly for people using computers. The fifth is taken up by the guest services and excursions. They bring us into Aruba at 2 pm on a Sunday when most of everything is closed except the ship recommended stores which also close around 5 pm. The entertainment was mediocre. The juggler was the worst of any show we have seen. The dancers were ok. The hypnotist was also fine but that left about half the days with lousy shows. We had five sea days that had nothing to do. If you want to go to bed every day at 9 this is your ship. The immigration line in st. Martin took us three and a half hours???

The captain was the best we have seen so far and the cruise director was also very good. Food was not good. It would take us a very very long time if ever to go back if ever on Norwegian. We liked the the last two cruises we did with them. The windows on all the common areas were dirty when we boarded and dirtier when we left. Feels like the cruise line is putting profits before anything else and cutting budgets in places they should not. Maybe the sun is getting ready to be sold???

The walking track had an area towards the front starboard side that usually had standing water from one to two inches and towards the aft on port side that smelt like sewer when ever we went. It was during different times every day. We were highly disappointed with this cruise.
